The name and business strength that has been earned by our organization today, is due to the professionally equipped and able staff, who have a varied experience of the Indian as well as international market and good knowledge of serving customers to their satisfaction. VINS’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located 40km from Hyderabad (The Biotech Hub of India) amidst serene greenery, far from polluting industries. VINS produces anti-sera products like snake venom antiserum, rabies antiserum, and other anti-sera for scorpion bites, diphtheria, tetanus, gas gangrene.
State and central government agencies and hospitals in India purchase the anti-sera products in large volumes while the retail distribution is done through its widespread distribution network which caters to medical professionals and retailers. About 30% of the sales come from exports to countries including Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and African countries.
FACILITIES
The comprehensive production facilities of VINS conform to international production standards and stringent quality controls. Its facilities are enabled with WHO-GMP certification.
These facilities include serum processing, anti-sera blending, sterile filtration, filling, freeze drying and glassware washing, preparation and sterilization, and cold storage facilities.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
VINS has a dedicated R&D team comprising impressive scientific talent striving to develop new products in segments like hematology, cardiology, and oncology. The team's efforts also helped the company in developing cost-effective technologies without compromising on quality.
Apart from the existing facilities, VINS had established another manufacturing facility conforming to USFDA standards. In the context of a joint venture with a major public sector undertaking, VINS is also planning to venture into other segments like anti-coagulants, thrombolytic enzymes (cardiology), and various classes of anti-neoplastic agents (oncology).
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
VINS currently undertakes contract manufacturing of Anti Snake Venom and Scorpion anti sera as per country specifications.
Vins Life Sciences FZ LLC is establishing an analytical laboratory for analytical testing and environmental monitoring and indoor air quality monitor and studies in Dubai.
