Our main passion is Clinical Decision Support software. Since 2006, we’ve been developing Greenrain Drug Database for the markets of UAE and Saudi Arabia. The goal is to allow doctors and pharmacists get drug information at their fingertips any time by allowing them to quickly search for a particular drug.
We have made several versions of our Drug Database – standalone that we distribute on CD (sometimes putting advertisement of a pharmaceutical company on it) and Framework that can be integrated into the Hospital Information System or Clinic Management Solution.
Using this software, we have recently analyzed 6,000,000 insurance claims in UAE to find out a number of medication errors – the result is scary: about 15% of analyzed prescriptions got drug-drug interactions, 6% of them might end up with very serious patient injuries.
Health Authority Abu Dhabi decided to use our Drug Codes as a standard in electronic claims implementation that currently takes place in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. All hospitals, clinics pharmacies and health insurance companies licensed in Abu Dhabi use these drug codes for electronic data exchange between each other.

Another business we have is e-claim solution that supports the latest standards of electronic claims issued by Health Authority Abu Dhabi. This software is currently used by the health authorities and large insurance companies for processing their e-claims. The software also targets hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, helping them with e-claim processing.
